Renee Osborn- President

Renee has called North Linthicum home since January 2017. She’s the proud mom of a spirited son at Overlook Elementary, where she also serves as PTA President. When she’s not advocating for the community, she’s busy planning her upcoming September 2025 wedding in Las Vegas. Renee brings energy, heart, and a deep commitment to keeping North Linthicum a great place to live.

Melissa Wotring- Treasurer

Melissa has lived in the North Linthicum Community since 2012. She has taught in Anne Arundel County for 20 years, 7 of those years at Overlook Elementary. Melissa and her husband also own a Broom Truck company, operating in the area. When she’s not teaching or running the business, she is spending time with family and friends traveling. Melissa and her husband love North Linthicum and want to make sure it continues to be a great place to live, work, and play.

Shannon Burgoon-Mize-Secretary

Shannon was born and raised in North Linthicum and has proudly called it home her entire life. She attended Friendship Church of the Brethren Nursery School, Overlook Elementary, Lindale/Brooklyn Park Middle, and she graduated from North County High School in 1998. In 2006, Shannon and her husband Nick, purchased their own home in North Linthicum. Alongside her husband, she’s raising their three children — all of whom have followed in her footsteps by attending the same schools and playing in the same park she enjoyed growing up. Shannon’s roots in North Linthicum run deep, and her commitment to the community is stronger than ever.
